Guests will be permitted at the Presidential Address, although they will not be permitted to stay for the Business Meeting.

Failure of a Fellow to attend four consecutive meetings of the Society without explanation shall be equivalent to resignation. Final action shall be taken by the Council.

Any Fellow in arrears for dues or indebtedness for one year may, after due notification in writing by the Treasurer, forfeit his membership by vote of the Council.
